Product Introduction

XZS-450 series filter screening machine adopts optimized power generator, special structure design, low noise, high efficient screening, any granules, powders, liquid can use it freely. Meshes do not block. The powders don not fly upward and the highest mesh is 400. The material is stainless steel 304/316. Small size, light weight, and easy to move and install. It is widely used in food, medicine, chemical, paint, ceramics, etc.

Working Principle

Its vertical motor, which is installed with two eccentric hammers on the top and bottom

respectively, it is regarded as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change rotation

into horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving

surface. Adjusting the phase angle on the top and bottom can change trajectories of the

materials on the sieve.
